In the royal Library

Sorry about the delays in art, I have been struggling to be honest, whether I find myself with no time to do some or no energy, I find it rather frustrating.

But on a positive note, I have been heavily developing my characters designs for my original world, a lot of them have been falling into place perfectly! Moreta however is still proving to be a total pain in the ass lmao!!. So have a picture of her Mobian self.

oh my god. I started this picture back in 2012, always wanted to finish it but it went on the backburner after getting lineart and some shading on the character in the back and some parts of Moreta.

I found it again earlier this year and started working on it again, despite it now being a bit of a mashup of my art skills. So I do apologise about that. But I liked the image and the story it represents. I might redraw it one day anyway . (with Moretas non sonic look!)

Anyway, as for the story, this takes place in my fantasy world, one where Damion visits to get away from stresses of his homeworld (be it my original world or sonic based).

He is spending some time with Moreta, in the royal library, studying the books there, but during this visit he noticed somebody else there, an elder goat.

Here he is telling Moreta he has a suspicion that this goat may be a relative of Ash, his undead goat friend, what gives him away is the green fur, as Ash's surname is Greenfleece, because his family have green fur .
Damion isn't entirely sure but Moreta can't help but look at the goat wondering.

There is a little blurb about this encounter in this submission I think I was hoping to finish this picture before uploading that sketch but it never happened XD. here it is finally, I didn't really know what the design of Moretas castle library looked like so it may change if I do it again in the future.

I was trying to draw Damion having an explaining expression and pose but I think it looks more like he is telling her not to stare lmao!
